Jungle Book steps on 40

"Jungle Book" is very popular especially among young age group. During my early years I remembered spoiling many study nights to watch this animated serial. Jungle Book has reached 40 long years. Still now it is same popular as ever.
The serial imitates legendary Walt Disney. This epic success of "Jungle Book" was celebrated with great pomp releasing DVD's in both English and Hindi.
The DVD print of the movie has been digitally restored by animation and computer experts who have worked on each frame from the original camera negative. Says M N Kapasi, Managing Director, and Excel Home Videos, “Since the JUNGLE BOOK was shot using ‘successive exposure’ method, there were around 337,000 frames i.e. nearly four miles of film strips”
Special attraction on the DVD was three games on "Jungle Book" which surely will touch young hearts all over the world.
